Pregnancy and lactation: Tell your doctor immediately if you become pregnant while taking Diclofenac AL 25. Diclofenac AL 25 should only be used during the first six months of pregnancy and only on the explicit advice of your doctor. You should not take Diclofenac AL 25 during the last three months of pregnancy. Breast feeding: Like other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, diclofenac penetrates into breast milk in small amounts. Therefore, Diclofenac AL 25 should not be used during breast-feeding to avoid adverse effects on the baby.
minimum amount for dispatch: Diclofenac counteracts formation and effect of the chemical transmitters significant for inflammation development and pain inception in the body; it has an anti-inflammatory and analgetic effect. By its effect on blood platelets, it also reduces formation of blood clots. Diclofenac absorbs well from the preparation Diclofenac AL 25, it usually reaches the highest blood level after 2 - 3 hours, and the effect persists for several hours so that it is sufficient to use it twice or three times a day.
Recommended dosage: In pain, take 1 tablet as the starting dose. If necessary, continue taking 1 tablet after 4-6 hours. Do not take more than 3 tablets per 24 hours. You can take the medicine for up to 7 days without consulting your doctor. Diclofenac AL 25 is for adults and adolescents from 15 years of age.
