Composition: Natural hydrogen carbonate-sulphate-chloride-sodium salt.

Recommended dosage: Preparation: For home treatments use the Carlsbad sprudel salt solutions prepared by dissolution of: 5, 10, 50 grams of salt, i.e. 1/2, 1 or 5 tea spoons / i.e. 0.5 %, 1 %, 5 % solutions, in 1 litre of warm to hot water, or in 1 litre of warm water containing carbon dioxide (“soda water”) for a possible improvement of flavour and reduction of cloudiness that might be present due to precipitation of sodium carbonate. The best way to drink the prepared solution is from the Carlsbad sippy cups in sips. An individual dose is usually 200-400ml and it is necessary to drink it in sips for 3-5 minutes. One drinking cure usually lasts for 5 weeks, while during the 2nd and 3rd week it is possible to increase the dose and during the 4th and 5th week to decrease the dose. If diarrhoea occurs, decrease the dose by 100-150 ml and increase temperature of the solution. A 0.5% solution is prepared for consumption of 1 to 1.5 litres per day; 1% solution for consumption of 0.5 to 1 litres per day, 5% solution for consumption of 0.1 to 0.2 litres per day. Never use mineral water for preparation! Children over 12 years of age should be administrated half of the recommended dose.
