RECLAMATION ORDER

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

With reference to generally applicable legal regulations, namely the Civil Code (the Law No. 40/1964 Code) and the Business Code (the Law No. 513/1991 Code), as amended, the buyer has the possibility to claim the product purchased.

REASONS OF COMPLAINTS:

I. DAMAGED PACKING IN TRANSPORT:
The transport company is liable for the consignment until the moment of the hand-over to the final customer. Please check the parcel upon reception and in case of an apparent damage or even loss of a part of the goods, record it in the protocol and do not take over the consignment. As soon as the forwarder returns the consignment, we shall dispatch you new goods.
 

II. DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSPORT:
If the damage or partial loss of the consignment contents was not obvious upon reception, inform us about such event, determined later, without unnecessary delay, latest within 2 working days from the consignment delivery. The damaged goods will be replaced immediately after it returns to our pharmacy. Transport costs of the damaged goods to our address is covered by Interne pharmacy.


III. WITHDRAWAL FORM CONTRACT – RETURNIG OF THE WHOLE CONSIGNMENT:
You can return the whole order to us within 30 days without stating the reason (the standard period is 14 days). Deliver the goods in undamaged original packing, accompanied by the tax invoice, to our pharmacy in safe way. The delivery of goods to our address is paid by the customer. The protocol on settling the claim and the whole amount paid will be sent to your contact address or your bank account within 14 days at the latest.
 

IV. MISTAKE IN ORDERING – PARTIAL RETURNIG OF THE CONSIGNMENT:
You can return any part of the order to us within 30 days without stating the reason (the standard period is 14 days). Deliver the goods in undamaged original packing, accompanied by the tax invoice, to our pharmacy in safe way. The delivery of goods to our address is paid by the customer. The protocol on settling the claim and the appropriate amount will be sent to your contact address or your bank account within 14 days at the latest.

V. CLAIMS IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD:
If you assume the goods ordered in the Internet pharmacy is defect and if it is in the warranty period (BUSINESS CONDDITIONS & WARRANTY), you can raise your claim directly with the producer or with us. Deliver the goods with the Warranty sheet and the tax invoice to our pharmacy. We shall give our opinion in the legal period of time.

 

EXERTION OF THE CLAIM:

The complaint must be submitted in writing. In this sense, the e-mail is considered as the written form. The claim must be applied within the period of 2 days in case of damaged goods in the transport, and within 30 days in the other cases.

The complaint must be sent in writing to the address: Lékárna Krčská Krčská 1079/59,140 00 Praha 4 - Krč, Czech Republic, e-mail : complaint@docsimon.com . 

The complaint must include: the exact identification fo the customer, the order number, if known, the reason of the claim and the amount of the damage. The customer must present the tax invoice, or prove the purchase of goods in our Internet pharmacy in other credible way.
