| minimum amount for dispatch | Sinecod : Butamirate citrate, the only active component of Sinecod, has an effect on the central nervous system, in which it inhibits the cough reflex. It is not structurally related to alkaloids (for ex. codeine). In addition to its ability to directly inhibit cough, it has a tendency to relieve resistance put up by the airways to air flowing through them while breathing. Syrup and drops contain saccharin ans sorbitol as sweeteners and thus can be use also by diabetics. |
