| Pregnancy and lactation | Safety of its administration during pregnancy has not been documented. For this reason the preparation should be used only in inevitably necessary cases during the pregnancy. It is necessary to consider the risks for the fetus in comparison to the expected treatment benefit for the mother before its administration (especially during the period of the first trimester). The same applies to the preparation administration during lactation, and that is because there is not sufficient experience with use of the preparation during this period, and it is not possible to exclude unambiguously the risk of the adverse effect occurrence in nursed babies. |
| minimum amount for dispatch | Novo-Passit is used in milder forms of anxiety, fear, depression, sadness, restlessness, irritation, inability to concentrate, sleeplessness or exhaustion. It is also useful as an additional substance in functional gastropathy, dyspeptic syndrome or in irritable colon. It soothes dermatosis accompanied with pruritus conditioned psychosomatically (nettle-rash, atopic eczema etc.). Dosage: usually 3 times a day 1 teaspoonful (5 ml), 3 times 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) at maximum. |
