Composition

Use
In pre-sclerotic conditions and as complementary treatment of lighter forms of high blood pressure (hypertensive disease). It decreases blood pressure, it has a calming effect, and it is suitable especially for elderly people.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation. Do not administer it to patients after organ transplantation and to HIV positive patients treated with protease inhibitors. Not suitable for pregnant and breast-feeding women.
Caution
No adverse effects are known if used in recommended doses and indications. The preparation contains St. John's wort leaves - possible increased sensitivity to the sun radiation. St. John's wort can affect the effect of some drugs administered in treatment of HIV positive patients at the same time. It decreases the effects of cyclosporine and probably also of some other medical preparations (digoxine, oral contraceptives, theophyline, warfarin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, triptans). Inform your physician about using preparations with common St. John's wort. The preparation can affect activities requiring increased attention, motion coordination and quick decisions adversely (4 hours after use at the earliest)
Preparation and dosage
Pour 1/4 l of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and leave it for 15 min to infuse. The tea must not be boiled. Drink it in the morning and in the evening; drink it always fresh.
