It is also recommended to sportsmen and persons under excessive physical and mental strain (hard-working people, businessmen, managers, drivers). HEMA® - BION Q10 super is a food supplement. It contains a natural substance coenzyme Q10. This natural substance, also called ubichinone Q10 or vitamin Q, is a vital substance for energy production in the cells. Without this substance the cells cannot produce energy necessary for boosting all activities of the body. A cell without coenzyme Q10 is like an engine without fuel. Recommended dosage is 1 - 3 capsules daily, in the morning half an hour before meal at best.
