| Description | Guareta instant chocolate custard serves for weight regulation as a substitute of one or more main meals within the framework of all-day diet. Recommended dosage: 1 - 4 bags a day unless recommended differently by your physician. Other food must be adjusted to the diet program, which should contain two main low-energetic meals with the emphasis on intake of low-fat dairy and meat products, vegetables and fruit, side dishes in an adequate amount and bakery products with higher content of fibre. 1 - 2 bags a day during the period of body weight regulation or as a supplement in realimentation, increased physical strain, during recovery and doing sports. 1 bag a day can be recommended in long-term abidance of a diet with the energetic content of 5 - 6 MJ. Caution: the product is not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, for pregnant and breast-feeding women, for people with a more severe heart disease (short time after heart attack, heart rhythm disorders), renal and liver diseases, for people with the ulcerous disease, for diabetics of the 1st type and for people who went through a brain vascular event within the last half of a year. Do not administer the diet to patients with lactose intolerance and with allergy to milk components and to people with disorders of food intake and use. It contains a source of phenylalanine. Not suitable for patients with phenylketonuria. The way of preparation: mix the content of the bag with 300 ml of low-fat milk and mix it carefully by a whisk, shaker or mixer. Put in a refrigerator for about 3 minutes. The energetic value with 300 ml of low-fat milk is 203 kcal (854 kJ). |
