| Description | GS Mamatest 10 for early pregnancy detection is a fast test based on the lateral through-flow immunochromatography on a strip, and it serves for qualitative determination of the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine, with the help of which pregnancy can be found. The test uses the combination of antibodies including the monoclonal hCG antibodies selectively focusing on increased hCG levels. . The test is performed either by dipping the absorbing the strip end in urine flow or by dipping the absorbing the strip end in a vial with urine. The obtained result is read according to the created coloured lines. The test can be used already from the day of expected menstruation. GS Mamatest 10 for early pregnancy detection detects the hCG level in urine already in concentrations from 10 mI.U./ml. |
