| Description | GS Condro forte: It is a preparation of a new generation intended for long-term care of joints. Glucosamin sulphate is a substance which is peculiar to a body and which is a normal part of joint cartilage and joint lubricant in the form of so-called proteoglycans. The supply of this substance in form of tablets stimulates the cartilage cells to produce new collagen and proteoglycan. This way it helps recovery of the joint cartilage structure impaired by arthrosis. That manifests itself by decreasing the pain and improving joint mobility after several weeks of use. Glucosamin sulphate also has an anti-inflammatory effect (it decelerate activity of the enzymes impairing the cartilage). Recommended dosage: prevention of joint problems – 1 tablet a day for at least 2 months; first symptoms of joint problems: 1 tablet twice a day for at least 2 months; it is suitable to repeat the treatment twice a year. Strong joint problems (not only under load): 1 tablet twice a day for at least 2 months; repeat the treatment every two months. Persistent joint problems: 1 tablet twice a day for at least 2 months; repeat the treatment more times a year as needed. The preparation can be used permanently, too. Tablets may be used at once or divided into 2 daily doses, always after a meal or during the meal, and need to be drunk down with a sufficient amount of liquid. Tablets may be crashed or halved. It is necessary to stress that the preparation must be used on a long-term basis (the shortest period is represented by 2 months) and in the recommended dosage (1 - 2 tablets a day). GS condro FORTE is not intended for children under 12 years of age! |
