| minimum amount for dispatch | Famosan 10 mg belongs to the group of medical preparations which decrease gastric juice production. It absorbs in the intestine quickly, and its effect is not affected by the present stomach content. After administration of one tablet, the effect appears within half an hour and lasts for 9 hours. In case of renal insufficiency, its effect extends significantly. The preparation can be used for reducing the symptoms of pyrosis, stomach hyperacidity and stomach discomfort. The preparation can be used by adults from 18 years of age. The adolescents from 16 years of age may use the preparation only under the physician's recommendation. |
