| Description | Bioactive Folic: Folic acid is an important part of B complex vitamins; it is an important for cell division and protein formation. It was proved that folic acid deficiency during the first weeks of pregnancy increases the occurrence of development disorders of the fetus (e.g. cleft palate, spina bifida - "split spine"). Folacin absorbs better from the gastrointestinal tract than folic acid, which is available in some food (green vegetables, liver, citruses). The folic acid decreases the risk of myocardial infarction. Recommended dosage: 1 tablet a day. |
