| Description | ANTISTAX cooling gel : The extract from the grape vine leaves and substances contained in it, the so-called flavonoids, protect vascular epithelium (the inner layer of vessels) by stabilising membranes (locations that participate in exchange of substances between cells and their surroundings) and by increasing elasticity (normalise permeability of vessels). Reduction of penetration of plasma, proteins and water into the interstitial tissue surrounding the vessels prevents swelling and reduces already existing swelling. The preparation relieves swelling, facilitates the absorption of exudate in the swollen area. Has a mild anti-inflammatory effect and improves blood circulation through the damaged tissue. |
