| Pregnancy and lactation | In the first and second pregnancy trimester the risk of mutagenic effect is low, however, it is necessary to consider the risk-benefit ratio. Due to the mechanism of action of ASA the preparation constitutes risk, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy. No adverse effects were observed in infants after occasional administration to mothers. If it is necessary to administer high doses regularly, it is recommended to temporarily discontinue breastfeeding. |
