| minimum amount for dispatch | ACIX, chewing tablets, are a healing preparation which protects stomach mucus and the small intestine mucus by preventing gastric juice to become hyperacid. The active agents contained in the chewing tablets neutralise stomach acid, thus effectively reducing stomach content acidity and causing relieve from symptoms of excessive stomach acidity. ACIX is used in the case of heartburn, stomach mucus inflammations, stomach or duodenum ulcers, pain in the stomach area, fullness feeling above the belly, flatulence, vomiting feelings, belching, etc. The chewing tables dissolve well in the mouth and the effect comes in a couple of minutes. The preparation can be taken by adults and children aged 14 years and older. Unless otherwise specified by the doctor the usual dosage for adults and children above 14 is 1-2 chewing tablets in 1 hour after the main meal of the day or a single dose of 1-2 tablets in the case of he symptom occurrence.The maximum daily dose is 8 chewing tablets. |
